DELIVERY INFORMATION

All delivery charges are shown in your basket and are dependent on the total value of the items in your basket. Our standard delivery charges for Instant Purchases are outlined below:

This charge is based on delivery to England. If your delivery address is in Scotland or Wales, a member of our customer service team will contact you prior to processing your order should an additional delivery charge apply. We do not offer deliveries outside the UK mainland.

If you have posted an enquiry, suppliers may include a delivery charge that varies from the values above and these will always be shown on their offer.

While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on the date requested, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates of our suppliers.

Any change to a delivery date given at the time of purchase will be notified by email or telephone. If the supplier is unable to make a delivery because access is not possible for the vehicle specified on the order, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery charge.

All of our delivery charges are based on someone being available to accept the delivery. This includes, on heavier items, the ability to manually or mechanically offload items. Offload facilities, such as tail-lift or forklift facilities can be requested, but may include an additional charge.

Our cut-off time for orders is 2pm on working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day. For instance, an order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

RESTRICTED ACCESS

Our suppliers reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery, if you have not informed either us or the supplier of any access restrictions at either the time of placing the order or 24 hours before the delivery.

Restricted access includes, but is not limited to: double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, or width restricted roads. Please call us on 020 7459 4574 or email support@materialsmarket.com if you do not have unrestricted access.
